So much for losing weight I think this whole week of overeating and whatnot has just made all of the effort void.

Not sure if this means a thing
I feel like I can do anything after speaking to you, its like, suddenly, wait a minute, all that thinking too much & getting angry never really got things anywhere except instill fear.
What am I afraid of if I have nothing to lose? Its not been very long, but I’m very happy, I assure you that.
